The exact scope, duration, deliverables, fees and conditions of a service may be provided separately through a quotation, invoice, proposal, booking confirmation or service agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our products or services.

A parent or legal guardian must make purchases or bookings on behalf of a person below 18 years of age.

6. Consultations and Appointments

Consultations are subject to availability and confirmation. Your appointment will be treated as confirmed only after we accept the booking and the required advance or full payment is received.

You must attend the consultation at the confirmed date and time. Late arrival may reduce the available consultation time.

Requests for rescheduling must be submitted within the period mentioned in your booking confirmation or applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Repeated rescheduling, late cancellation or failure to attend may result in the booking being treated as completed or cancelled without refund, subject to applicable law.

7. Fees, Payments and Taxes

All prices displayed or communicated are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to GST or other applicable taxes. The final amount payable will be shown on the invoice, quotation or payment page.

We may require: full advance payment, partial advance payment, payment according to agreed milestones, or payment according to another written arrangement.

Payments may be processed through third-party banks, payment gateways or financial service providers. We are not responsible for technical errors, delays or failures caused by such providers.

You must not initiate a false, fraudulent or unjustified chargeback. We reserve the right to suspend services and recover reasonable costs arising from fraudulent payment disputes.

8. Quotations and Proposals

Unless otherwise stated, quotations and proposals are valid only for the period mentioned in the relevant document. Prices, deliverables and timelines may change if the scope of work changes, additional revisions or services are requested, incorrect information was initially provided, site conditions differ, or unforeseen requirements arise.

Any additional work may be charged separately after informing the client.

9. Personalized Reports

Personalized reports are prepared specifically for the individual whose details are provided. The report is based on the methods, systems, training and professional interpretation used by Cosmic Sutra and may differ from interpretations offered by other practitioners. It does not guarantee future events or results, and must not be treated as medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Once preparation of a personalized report has started, cancellation or refund may not be available because the service has been customized for the user, subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Reports are intended only for the purchaser or named recipient and may not be reproduced, resold, published or commercially distributed without written permission.

10. Logo Design and Branding Services

Logo, branding and design services will be provided according to the scope stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless expressly agreed otherwise:

• The number of concepts and revisions will be limited to the agreed package;
• Additional concepts or revisions may be chargeable;
• Timelines begin after receipt of payment and all required information;
• Delays in client feedback may extend the delivery timeline; and
• Editable or source files will be supplied only when included in the selected package.

Final intellectual-property ownership will transfer only after full payment has been received, except for third-party fonts, stock assets, templates or licensed elements that remain subject to their respective licence terms. Unused concepts, working files, drafts and internal design methods remain the property of Cosmic Sutra unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The client is responsible for conducting trademark, legal and business-name availability checks before adopting or registering a logo or brand identity.

11. Courses, Workshops and Programmes

Course and workshop content is provided for the personal learning of the registered participant. You may not, without written permission:

• Record sessions;
• Share login details;
• Copy course material;
• Resell or redistribute the content;
• Conduct training using our material;
• Upload the material to social media or public platforms; or
• Claim our content as your own.

Access to recorded or digital material may be limited to the duration mentioned at the time of purchase. Certificates, where offered, may be subject to attendance, assignments, assessment or programme-completion requirements.

We may change trainers, schedules, delivery methods or session dates when reasonably necessary. Where possible, participants will be informed in advance.

12. Digital Products

Digital products may include reports, e-books, workbooks, recordings, templates, courses or downloadable materials. After a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or emailed, it may not be eligible for return or refund, except where: the wrong product was delivered, the file is materially defective, access cannot be provided due to an error attributable to us, or a refund is required under applicable law.

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

13. Product Orders

All product orders are subject to acceptance, availability and successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order in cases involving: incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect shipping info, or listing/technical errors.

If we cancel a fully paid order before dispatch, the amount collected for the cancelled item will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

14. Product Descriptions and Images

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, dimensions and images accurately. However, actual appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, natural variations in gemstones, crystals, Rudraksha or handmade products, manufacturing batches, or packaging updates.

Minor variations that do not materially change the nature or use of the product will not normally be treated as defects.

15. Spiritual and Energized Products

Spiritual products, remedies and energized items are offered as articles of faith, tradition, personal belief or spiritual practice. We do not guarantee that any product will produce a particular result or change a person’s health, income, relationships, career, luck or circumstances.

Once a spiritual product has been worn, used, opened, activated, energized, altered or tampered with, it may not be eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.

16. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, government restrictions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

Additional shipping costs arising from an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer. Risk of loss or damage will be handled according to applicable law and the terms of the relevant courier or delivery arrangement.

17. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our separately published Return, Refund and Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written service agreement, invoice or refund condition communicated before purchase, the more specific written condition will apply, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

However, confidentiality may not apply where disclosure is: Required by law, Necessary to prevent serious harm, Authorized by the client, Required for payment, technical or delivery processing, or Necessary to protect our legitimate legal rights.

Clients must also respect the confidentiality of proprietary methods, training materials, internal documents and information shared by Cosmic Sutra.

29. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, internet failures, power outages, courier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible, we may reschedule, replace or reasonably modify the affected service.

30. Suspension and Termination

Termination does not remove any payment obligation or legal right that arose before termination.
